We cordially invite you to workshops with a lecturer from the prestigious acting studio The Actors Temple London (www.actorstemple.com). Sylwia Kaczmarek studied and was subsequently invited to the teaching staff at The Actors Temple acting studio in London, where she worked from 2016 to 2020. She also taught in Paris from 2020 to 2023, and currently coaches in English on a daily basis.
This workshop is designed for actors (or inspiring actors) seeking authenticity and a deeper connection with themselves and their craft. Expect a challenging and rewarding experience that pushes you outside your comfort zone. No prior experience with the Meisner technique is needed.

What you will gain by participating in the course:
- You will become aware of the existence of specific blocks and defense mechanisms that hinder the full expression of emotions.
- You will deepen your skills in listening and hearing verbal and non-verbal messages, as well as the ability to respond to these messages (stimuli).
- You will learn to spontaneously follow your intuition (fuck polite ;) )

Working hours: 10 hours total, 1 day online 2 hours, 2nd and 3rd day in person 4 hours each (for groups of 4 people: 2nd and 3rd day in person 3 hours each)
